Went through the drive through and some girl on the mic was acting funny trying to mock me but when I called her out on it she... played dumb so I didn't even spend my money at this childish establishment. Great job management your shift lead is a child inan adult body. Also setting a great example for her co workers as well bravo to whoever hiring the talent. She couldn't evenadmit to it, even the person I was on the phone with heard her lie. Wanted to be funny over the drive thru but when I came tothe window she was too scared to look me in my eyes. So if you want to go to a company's establishment with kid managers andrude service this is the place for you. Honestly don't even know how she got that position probably did somethings under thetable for her manager....literally. Ordered two 5.00 biggie bags with a regular lemonade and lime ginger Al the price came out to 11.73 I gave the worker who took... my order cash but I realized i was over charged she did not give me a receipt because I?m sure she new she over charged me andshe quickly left the register so I could not say anything in hope I?d just go away. Think again hello ?. I pull up to thesecond register they get my ginger Al wrong it was suppose to be lime I make them change it. Then request for the .89 that wasover charged back the manager gives me a attitude and repeats twice ?you want a refund for .89 cents? I said yes I want arefund. I stood in front of register for almost ten minutes and no one asked for my order or greeted me. They rather take care of the... drive through. It was 9:15 am it was not busy. I had to just walk out and went elsewhere for breakfast. Better service. Read more
