Food was amazing. Staff could be friendlier. No smiles. Just a "take your order and be done with it" attitude.
Excellent customer service and food was prepared well. Only complaint I have with this visit is your cashier is usually the... first point of contact. Please teach them how to greet your customer put his cellphone down for a moment and return hello whensomeone says hello to him. Also when giving change back don't dig through your drawer and find the most ratted out dollar, heshould have never taken and give to the next customer. My first time eating here so I didn't know what to expect nor did I have any expectations. Our visit was a little late at night... before closing so it wasn't crowded, location was clean...I was a bit disappointed with the menu selection. Nothing out of theordinary or "new" so I just ordered white rice with spicy chicken. I honestly wouldn't eat there again, the price was way toomuch for the small amount of food we ordered and were served. As we left, I told the employee "thank you and goodnight", he didnot respond at all. I know he heard me cause we were the only customers left. I really wanted to like the place because I lovefinding new local spotss, unfortunately I don't really have anything positive to say about the visit, other than the place wasclean. Read more
I ordered from them through Uber Eats. First I received wrong order instead of Miso Soup dumplings, and second my steak and... chicken veggie bowl has hair ???????? in it. Read more
Not a bad Waba grill. They are kind of slow and will take awhile to get your food. Everyone who works here is friendly enough.... Just don't come here if you need to leave in under 20 minutes. Read more
I asked for no sauce because I'm allergic to soy. They weren't busy when I came in. Not like they were overwhelmed with work.... They poured sauce all over my food anyways. Can't eat this. Bothers me when people can't follow simple instructions. Read more
