We had not visited Togo's in over 15 years and decided to stop by on the way home. The young woman working that day looked like... she had no idea where she was or what job she was working at. She had to keep asking her boss about what to do and even wherethe utensils were. We ended up leaving without ordering any food because her clear confusion about not knowing what she wassupposed to do made things uncomfortable for us enough to leave. Read more

I ordered 4 sandwiches 2 large 2 reg, they ran out of avocado before my last large sandwich (these sandwiches are turkey and... avocado and charge significantly higher than a turkey or turkey with cheese, I did not receive my large amount of avocado butwas charged full price for it I said I wanted to at least have that one sandwich discounted and was told they didn’t know howto do that. I was offered a bag of chips after I paid and complained, no I don’t want your baked chips I wanted my avocado ornot to pay extra for something I didn’t get. Aaliyah was the employee who shorted me on my sandwich and didn’t reduce myprice to match what they had to serve. 0/5 would be a more accurate rating on my visit today. She was informed when she ranout I wouldn’t be paying full price for this sandwich. And still proceed to make it saying nothing and then charge me for it.Their register doesn’t work so you can’t see what you are being charged for until after you have paid. This is just my opinion throughout the years I always wanted a great sandwich I tell you one thing this one here beat Subway I... don't care what people say Togo's in Fontana on Baseline and Cherry Street yes it does beat Subway they're the bomb I highlyrecommend and that was my first time there you can't beat that go out there and get your sandwiches by the way I believe it wasthe owner for the manager which is probably the same guy told me I will be back he's darn right I will always get my hotpastrami sandwich from there Read more

Came here the other day for lunch I ordered a "cheese steak" sandwich it ended up being just roast beef with cheese and... vegetable, and it came with nasty canned mushrooms, plus the inside of the sandwich was super soggy already and I started eatingit immediately. So I told her isn't it supposed to have steak and not roast beef she said tha awwt's how it comes, so I askedfor something else she said sure so I got a turkey sandwich which I didn't even get to eat cause I had to go back to work. Sheended up charging me 15 dollars and the turkey sandwich is only 8.99 ,I didn't realize till the next day when I check mystatements, I definitely won't be going back. Read more

The short version: Great menu, great in-person service, but constant issues with ordering ahead. The long version: I have gone... to this Togo's for 13 years, and have no complaints about the food. The sandwiches are great, the salads are great, and eventhough I've never tried the soup, that smells pretty great too. I like the attentive service and the employees are alwaysfriendly. The only problem - and it's been a big problem - has been when I started using the app to order ahead. At first Ithought they might be working at the glitches, but this has gone on for several years now. Out of roughly 20 orders, fewer thanhalf have been satisfactory. At first I had numerous issues with incorrect orders. That has improved over time. However, themore frustrating factor has been getting my order on time. It's not so bad when they're just finishing something up as I arriveand I get my food a few minutes after the time that I had set on the app. On several occasions, I have arrived and they haven'teven started my order. I could tell that they were occupied with a long line, so I tried to be patient and understanding. Itried to help them out on subsequent orders by placing them earlier, so that they might have a bigger window when they get busy.This did not change anything. The most frustrating times are when I arrive and see a worker pull up a long line of freshlyprinted order receipts and only then start working on them. Mine is usually not the first in line. Sure, they're nice enough todo mine first when they know I'm waiting, and that's one of the reasons I still let them keep three stars. But what made mealmost cancel my last order was when it took them over 10 minutes just to acknowledge that I was there. Again, I understandthings can get busy. And I don't know that I would have gotten my order sooner in this case. It's just frustrating to try to bethe "nice guy" and still face increasing difficulties. Ordered Togos online on Sunday 4/25/2022. Spent $61.16 total which included DoorDash and tip, etc… Togos didn’t check the... name on the food order with the name the DoorDash driver had and ended up giving to an entirely different driver than the oneassigned to my order. I never received my food at all!!DoorDash canceled my order and assisted in helping get a refund that day.No manager was available, so I went to Togos in person and spoke with a shift lead, no manager or owner came out to speak withme face to face. Told by the shift lead that the owner was aware of the situation because there were emails sent to the ownerfrom DoorDash. The young lady took my name and number and told me that I would receive a call from the owner that the refund wasdone. That was yesterday Monday 4/25/2022, it’s now Tuesday. How long does it take to “log in” as the shift lead told meto perform a refund. Now the $61.16 has posted to my account no refund and no phone call. I was lied to and now I have contactedmy bank to make a dispute. Will NEVER order from this Togos again!! I guess my patronage wasn’t important enough to correct sothat I would consider spending my money with them again, even though it was their mistake!! Read more
