The assistant manager,Karla, failed to fill my $40+ catering order I placed the day before and then proceeded to laugh about it... while remembering she forgot. It took her about 35 minutes to complete my order which made me late for the dinning appointmentthe food was ordered for. Read more
Ordered online, worst experience. 3 soggy sandwiches that were all missing things and I paid for extra toppings that were not... included and when I called she had nothing but excuses and could care less. Said I got the 3rd sandwich for free anyways so it'sok. Not to mention the sandwiches had more bread then anything else. Legit the worst subway I've ever been to. Read more
I love this Subway! The girls here make the sandwiches so good and literally exactly how you ask! If you want more anything on... it they add until you say it's enough! Food is fresh & taste great! Great customer service! Read more
I go to this subway because its convenient for my work lunch, but the customer service is so terrible I'd rather go to... McDonald's and have a stomach ache for the rest of the day. The middle eastern woman, the older woman, and what I assume is themanager are all incredibly dry in their speech and look like they absolutely hate their jobs, not to mention all of them makemediocre sandwiches at best. The new hires that come and go are the best and super friendly and make the sandwiches right, butI've literally never seen them more than twice. Never going there again, or at least till they figure out how customer serviceworks. Read more
Employees don?t know what they doing i waited 20 min to buy 3 sandwiches and i was the only costumer on the restaurant with my... family, the guy in charge never even started the sandwiches he was trying to cut the breed ,for 5 min he was saying that he wasalone he took his time ,bad service or rookies not trained to make a simple sandwich ?
