Rude employees. They should be nicer to customers. Veggies need to be fresh and not dried out.

Went a couple of days ago. I've recently been on a subway kick and visiting different locations. Have yet to find one that I... want to regular eat from. I ordered a simple sandwich. There was someone behind me, who was patient and okay with waiting. Wewere both rushed. The workers don't clean their knifes, they just wipe it off on whatever sandwich paper is in front of them.They cut the bread jagged and twice I've seen them slicing into the edge of their gloves. I'm not sure if they're instructed tomove at lightning speed or not. I think for the safety of them and the health of the customer, they should pay closer attentionto what they're doing. Read more

They don?t know how to pack Uber eats orders correctly they just threw my meatball sub in a bag and didn?t wrap it just horrible

For the most a good place except when they have High School employees on the clock. The place is clean. The service is quick and... pleasant. But all that is a complete 180 when the young employees are the only ones working then the place is disgustinglyfilthy, service is horrendous and unwelcoming, and they are in need of some serious customer service training and need tounderstand the causes of food borne illnesses. Other than that it's a decent shop. Read more
