I always submit online order and everytime they get it wrong. I even explain thoroughly in the "instructions" box and still... they manage to not pay attention to the details. Extra Toasted means Extra Toasted not "Soggy".... Always get the wrong breadtoo. What's going on with people these days????????? Read more
Decent. Went around lunch time on a Friday. Bread was good, most of the veggies were frost bitten so I didn't get too many.... Sandwich was cut less than half and not filled too much. I also got a cookie that wasn't too fresh. I can't see myself comingback any time soon but the sandwich was decent. Read more

My coworker and I went in for lunch today and we were ignored by an employee who was SITTING on the floor behind the counter... texting on her cellphone. A young man came to help us but it seemed like he was the only one doing anything. He was jugglingbetween 3 different customers while the girl was literally just sitting on the floor. The only reason im giving 2 stars is at least the sandwiches were good despite the extra non ordered toppings. Ordered on the... app, waited 15 extra minites outside the store after the 30 it took from the app estimate. It says on the door that they willbring the food to your car if you call the store but the employees do not want to bring it out. Read more
Just went in to obviously get a sub and I had a horrible customer service experience. There's was no one in the restaurant and... it seemed as if nobody was working, I got closer to the counter and behind it this young white girl was sitting on the floor onher phone, as soon as she saw me she made an upset face and rolled her eyes and got up, she with an attitude asked me if wasthere for pick up and I replied I'm here to order and then she rolled her eyes again while pouting. I said "I'm sorry thatinterrupted you" and she just stayed quiet still with a long face and avoiding looking at my face at all times. Anyway, sheprepared and served my sub bothered that I caused her to put her phone away for a couple of minutes.
