I live in Bloomington and work in Montclair and stop at this Starbucks to enjoy my coffee before going into work. I pay almost... $8 for a cinnamon dolce latte and then I put an extra shot of blonde espresso and an extra pump of cinnamon dolce which I haveto pay extra for. My drinks are ALWAYS watered down even after asking them to remake it. The customer service at this locationis horrible and they seem as though they?re overly busy every time I come in here rather there?s a lot of orders or not. Thiswill be the last time I come to this location. I spend over $15 every time I come here for my beverage and breakfast. I will notcome to this location again for watered down drinks and bad customer service. Not Starbucks quality whatsoever. Read more

There are no bathrooms, no seating, and no ambiance. For being next to the hospital, I would rather have a place to sit and... de-stress. This is a disappointing concept for Starbucks; you're expected to order from the app only. Read more

Ok, so this place is not your normal Starbucks. You have to order from an app before you arrive, so that you can just stop in to... pick up your order. They do not like to take orders here, especially if they are busy. I had to download the app while I wasthere, so that I could order drinks. Staff was awesome and expedited my order since I was blindsided and delayed by the process.All in all, staff was friendly, place is very clean, and service is great when you order ahead. Read more
While I always love starbucks, this specific location was pick up only. While we personally had the time to do a mobile order,... not everyone does, so that is why the rating is lower than usual. But quality of service, and of the beverages themselves...great! Read more
