The young man who took my orders this morning was so kind and helpful even though the store was really busy and I ordered twice.... when I got my drink it didn?t taste quite right so I kindly asked one of the girls about it. She was a short little girl who hada terrible attitude and didn?t seem to want to remake my one drink so I was going to ask for a refund at that point but thenanother girl stepped in and made my drink better. Got some Java and a breakfast burrito to start my day. Good thing I had a gift card! Cause it is pricey. But the service was... great ????. Not much parking at the one on Marygold Ave and Sierra and you have to order on line, no sitting down with yourlaptop. It's all take out. Read more

I was on my way back OC when I decided to do some research about investments around this area, so I stopped for a Soy Ice Black... Tea, I unpacked my laptop and got ready to connect it to the power outlet and guess what? this store does not have power outletsso you can charge your devices, and to make things worse my laptop did not had power at all.... this was very disappointing andfrustrating. That's why I am rating this store with one star for been unfriendly to customer, it cannot be possible that inthird world countries I was able to find power outlets for my laptop and that I couldn't find one at this location, Starbucks isdegrading themselves by allowing such inconveniences and leave professional and business owners stranded on their work... Idk what's going on but this is the second time I come to this Starbucks and they hand me my drink that's missing so much. I... literally miss out on 2 gulps of my coffee because it's not filled, I mean at least if they're not gonna fill it up put more icein it to make it look like it's filled.. disappointing because these drinks are not cheap.
