I'm sorry it's 11:30am on a Wednesday why is your dining area closed!? Further more why does management feel it's acceptable to... have your staff sitting in front of your locked doors and cackling at your customers as they arrive and try to not only open thedoors but figure out WHY THE HELL YOU'RE CLOSED MID MORNING FOR NO REASON!? Apparently this is a trend at this location andtheir response is a taped on white arrow that points up.....to what nobody is entirely sure. If your dining area is closed forwhatever reasons please update the business pages and have proper signage reflecting your actual in-store hours. Trying the new nitro...in the label says it's the ex sweet cream so no new... The guy prepared pretty good but overflow and the... cup was wet and leaking so I ask him to clean and dry it and he just clean it so I had to use a napkin to dry it... Read more
