I got the 8 piece chicken nuggets with fries and a drink. The fries, biscuit and drink were fine. When I looked in the bag... there were probably almost 20 nuggets but they had obviously been refried and were so soaked with grease they weren?t edible. Ialso noticed the meat tasted different, almost like tuna. We love their chicken sandwiches but I won?t get the nuggets again. I kind of feel like since it was after the lunch rush they just reheated the left overs snd gave them to me. $10.99 was toomuch for this meal. Read more
They are extremely extremely lazy!!! They stop making the food 2 hours before closing time and are out of most menu items and... will serve you stale leftovers of the day. Don't go there after 8 pm!!! Don't go ever if you can avoid them. Hope managementreads this and takes action. Bad for business definitely. You lost a customer. I'll never go there again ever. Needs to work on customer service to much talking to other employees while trying to take my order. The employee that took my... order he couldn't remember all of the food that we ordered, he really didn't care he just kept going from the front to the back. Unorganized location but the 2 employees that had came in were very helpful. This might be one of the worst Popeyes I?ve ever been too. The staff is extremely rude this is the 2nd time I?ve came in and no... one greets any of the customers they keep looking at the line forming but no one stops to take an order or just to say ?heywe?ll be with you in just a moment?. Anytime I?ve tried to use the mobile order option my food is never ready when I arrive andthey are always out of something. I get there?s a shortage but to be out of the most basic things everyday is crazy. Also to topit off the store is filthy and don?t get me started on the bathrooms it looks like the customer bathroom is never cleaned andeven worse there?s no soap in the soap dispenser smh. This place is straight AWFUL. The only reason we come here is because my daughter likes it. Even now, she doesn?t want to come... back. There was nobody in the drive through, nor anyone in the place and they still got our order wrong. On top of that thechicken tenders and french fries were cold! We had to heat them up in the air fryer! I will be writing corporate and gettingreimbursed for this meal and we will never be coming back. Read more

It was nice to visit this Popeyes. It was an impromptu visit so I enjoyed it very much. Update 5/7/22 This was my first visit at... night and I must say it was a very different experience. We waited in a line that wasn't very long maybe 5to 6 cars and wewaited 45 minutes to and hour to complete the ordering and getting our food process. I wasn't please with the cleanliness of theestablishment especially in the nice part of Fontana. The food was prepared to our expectations but we could've cooked somethingathome in the time it took to get our order. The customer service was cool meaning they were nice and helpful but very veryslow. Anyway I really was in a hurry that why I chose a fast food option although it wasn't as convenient as I needed. I don?t know why everyone is writing a bad review on this Popeyes location! We all know that the service sucks! How they think... we r so dumb enough to know that we get bad service, small Buffalo drumstick compared to a regular drumsticks and a small littlebreast! But we still come back!
