Bad service. Young Man had a horrible attitude from the moment we walked in. Didn't want to help us. We were the only customers.... While we waited for our carry out order the young man dropped some raw pizza dough and trays on the floor and frustrated,intensely threw the trays in a corner while leaving the raw dough and another tray on the floor. He then walked away from thefallen dough and continued to prepare more pizzas for the rest of the 15 minutes we waited. Another associate found the doughand picked it up herself. After our order was ready we exited the lobby but forgot to order drinks. When we re-entered the lobbyhe was visibly very upset that we were back, rolling his eyes and with his attitude rang up the 2 sodas. Received a coldresponse when making a verbal complaint. Read more
I?m giving 1 star because I have to I guess if it wasn?t for The obligation of having to give one I wouldn?tThis is the worst... Pizza Hut ever!! I ordered a pizza last night for delivery and it never came! On top of that they never answered the phone. Icalled the next day ( today) and I waited forever to get an answer 15 min to be exact then they say I have to wait till tomorrowbecause a manager is not in!! WTH! This location is the better of the two in between where I order. Forget about delivery... takes tool long and costs too much for... the quality of pizza. I only order from pick-up from here when my children ask for it or because my spouse craves their wings...which are decent. Parking is limited, and there are times you have to wait to park. If you absolutely must order delivery, thereare much better pizza places (smaller mom & pop joints) that offer gourmet quality pizza at near the same price. Read more
