Waited 15 min just to put in a order. Takes a long time to get your order. But the people are nice. Yes they are short staff.

Extremely disappointed! Visited this McDonald's today Nov. 2nd, around 9am. Went through the drive thru, and let me start by... saying immediately we were passed up to have our order taken a few times while the other line kept moving. Secondly, when wearrived to the 2nd window the staff member did not even greet us, no smile, no anything just handed me my bag of food. No "wouldyou like sauce" NOTHING. When I asked for ranch he nodded yes, still without saying anything. It was very awkward but fine, thatI can let go. However, once we got home, we came to realize we were charged for the egg McMuffins, yet none had egg.. they gaveme a regular latte instead of pumpkin spice, and on top of that, the latte was cold as if it had been sitting, when it shouldhave been hot. The drive through line was long so we went inside. Ordered on the kiosk, took a table # which was as added to the transaction so... they know where to bring the food, then we sat and waited. When our order was ready, they kept calling the order # on thereceipt and would not bring our food to the table so i got our food at the counter had to return because items were missing andneeded ketchup. There was even an ad/sticker to try their table service. No thanks! There was even a guy that went to thecounter and told them he has not rcvd his frozen drink and as waiting 20 mins. Clean but bad attitude firm.the two managers on duty. Would not listen to the cashier nit me. They had served a large fry with... less than the right amount of fries. I asked for a full set of fries. They told the cashier I would have to pay the difference,i onlynpaid for large and 1medium . I said I agree, if I paid for a large I should get a large. He stated I had a large. Iagreed I have a large container of fries but it is not full, and if I paid for a large and a medium, they should be filledaccordingly. He git mad and muffled under his mouth, went and got a medium fries and threw them in the bag where I still had myother fries. I just reminded him that if he had filled my fries as they should have we would not have been having thusconversation. This McDonald's did the best ever in completing my special order of fries without salt and extra crispy. I always ask for that... at many McDonald's and they rarely get it right, but these guys did it perfectly! It's a very good sign that their people careabout their customers satisfaction. Thank you!
