The location was fine, and the staff for friendly and helpful. My real issue is the service. From the beginning of the long wait... to waiting at the second window since the employee would not tell me which window to head to, I had to wait for subpar drinks,the Sundays were on the lower end of being filled while we were missing our soda and smoothie. The employee had took my receiptto see which items I had, which is fine, but I never received that back so I couldn't dispute what I ordered vs what I got,which I already couldn't do since no employee would even look in my direction when I tried waving any of them down. I understandthat there may be understaffed issues, but I would at least like to get what I ordered. Read more

I will never eat my lunch here again the fries were cold and when I told the clerk she had an attitude behind it. I work a... graveyard shift and cold food was the last thing I was trying to get. She took the cold fries back change the container and gaveme back the same fries that were colder than before. I know that McDonald's redips their their fries but they didn't even havethe courtesy to do that. I work at McDonald's before and I know the difference and this is the worst McDonald's ever and I willmake sure that my family and I will never go to that McDonald's again. I plan on contacting the head office because that isunacceptable when you're dealing with the public. Read more

No Issues - No complaints - They got the order right.. Only issues is that there Receipt Printers are not working correctly,... they are very thin in their printing, so when I need to fill out a survey, I can't SEE the SURVEY DIGIT code.. Come on...guys.. Read more

Burnt & unfresh french fries & indifferent borderline rude customer service, they also were initially unable to provide my... receipt for my credit card paid order through the drive-thru for some unknown reason on any of their POS registers althoughsupposedly having 3 managers on duty. Almost 30 minutes later they figured it out. Wouldn't recommend this location to anyonetbh. Also but not accounted for rating given the Ice cream machine was down as expected & they were out of McRibs, bummer allaround really...Update also my double quarter pounder deluxe was missing a patty verified against my receipt they charged me fora double quarter pounder deluxe & gave me a quarter pounder instead. I didn't realize until I got home???? If I could put zerostars I would. Everything that could go wrong with my McDonald's visit essentially went wrong. Worst location ever. Read more
