It?s always something at this location. I ordered breakfast on their app 10 min before getting there. Breakfast is done at 10:29... ok cool. I ordered it ahead just in case I didn?t make it on time. I get there at 10:29 and was told breakfast is no longerserved. So like what was the point of ordering in advance?! I used the app for the convenience of my food being ready at thechance I wouldn?t get there on time! It just doesn?t make sense. You?d think they?d have it ready since it was online throughthe app and was basically paid for. Read more
This particular McDonalds always, ALWAYS messes up at least one thing on an order, is always backed up, and takes a long time in... the drive through. I have not spent less than 20 minutes in the times I've used the drive through. I don't think this restaurantis staffed enough. Definitely seems to be sparse in there, not that I blame them. Worst McDonalds experience. I ordered 2 cups of coffee and three cookies?.25 minutes later after speaking to te different... workers? we still didn?t get our order? then I had to ask 5 times to get a refund? Idk if they were short staffed or what butthe fact that no one cared to explain what was going on, offer to get the order taken care of, or even offer some damn cookiesfor the nearly half hour wait really irritated me!! This McDonald?s location is such trash. From the supervision to the employees to the food quality it?s just horrible. I have no... idea how this place stays in business. Don?t order online to pick up here because you will be waiting Atleast 25 minutes andsometimes up to an hour. They get the orders wrong in the drive thru quite regularly. Today we were running behind and decidedto stop here again (knew we shouldn?t) to get the kids happy meals. Not only did they run out of the Halloween buckets but theyput the happy meals in regular bags and did not include any of the toys for the little ones. So not only did I have to deal withcold food because they had us wait alongside three other cars, for about 20 minutes but had to deal with crying toddlers becausethey didn?t get their toy. Literally the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.. Went through the slightly busy drive thru, dude taking orders by himself was... totally overwhelmed. Was trying to handle both lines, take payments, and for sure needed help. I had to repeat myself andcorrect him a few times. Wasn't a big or complicated order. I get to the window to get my food and get parked behind a couplecars. No biggy.. Then sat there for 30 mins. As a few cars left the drive thru, myself and the person waiting in front of me goinside to get our food. Wasn't ready. I waited another 15/20 mins for my food inside. WTH... Either train your employees betteror get more of them. 45/50 mins for a drive thru order is completely ridiculous! Read more
I come here often since golf course is near. Started my order with coffee, and when I said "and I will get number..." cashier... cuts me with her frustrated voice "OH MY GOD I already sent the order" ?! I was not expecting this so early in the morning andI was confused because I never said that's all my order. I exactly said " can I start my order with coffee" and the way sheacted like I did something terrible.
