Truly suggest to taste anything from their menu. For healthy choices, everything is great. Also, the customer service is... outstanding. I suggest to be patient with the personnel because, they become overloaded due to phone orders more than personalorders. Stay healthy. Read more
I wish I could give 0 star , I went in there to order an Orange Dream Machine and something didn't taste right, so I told them... and they said they would fix it. Still, this tasted watered down and weird so I came back for a refund only to realize they needa manager to do the refund , who by the way is never there. Then I find out the reason it didn't taste right was because theytold me they had ran out of orange sherbet...had I known that I would have never ordered that in the first place....This placewill not give refunds whether or not you have your reciept ..That is why the manager is never there... I was forced to getsomething else...never going back again.....worst customer service ever !!! You guys suck !! Read more
The employees are always friendly besides that everything else is wrong. They do not print out receipts. Drinks never taste the... way they should or ask them to. Can't redeem my points because there's always a problem. Never receive points because there'salways an issue. The location seems to be clean and always empty. Read more
Was there this morning, they did not open on time. There was someone there before me but the one gal working never addressed me... or said ?I will be right with you? .. really wanted some Oatmeal... I was told oatmeal machine is broken.. really wanted ajuice.. was told juicer machine is broken.. had to check the sign again to make sure I was at Jamba JUICE. She said they wereonly doing smoothies.. well, I was already there.. ordered a smoothie.. went to pay with my debit card which has my photo on it.. was asked to show ID which was in my car.. pointed out my photo on my debit card.. said she still had to see ID.. turnedaround and walked out.
