Restroom ?out of order?. All chairs and tables are put away stacked in hallway to bathroom. Looks like this restaurant is still... COVID scared. However, on the contrary the shop looks dirty like it?s not cleaned regularly. Pretend closed bathrooms are a petpeeve of mine. Lots of places doing this since COVID. I drive all day for my job which gives me the opportunity to support manybusiness by buying drinks and food. I never ask to use a restroom with out a purchase. Super inconvenient to have closedrestrooms, especially for women who work out in the field all day. Ordered a juice & a wheat grass shot with a orange slice. Iwas asked 1oz or 2oz for the wheat grass. I asked for 2. Then 5 mins after order was placed I was handed a prepackaged wheatgrass shot and told ?sorry orange slice only comes with fresh wheat grass shot? but was assured I didn?t pay for it either. Rude service. Got two smoothies and one was barely blended. Asked for it to be blended agian and they stated it was already... blended and acted mad that I actually wanted a fully blended smoothie! Read more
Supervisor (or lead) was handling money, then making orders, then back to the register all while wearing the same gloves. It was... so disgusting that I didn?t even eat my food or drink the smoothie. It went right in the trash, and I?m out $10. Read more
Very disappointing experience here today. Placed an order online. Came to pick up, in line to get them, there?s 4 customers... waiting to order , and both employees are making smoothies. Instead of saying, ?I?ll be right with you, please wait outside?,the girl decides to yell at us ?only 4 people allowed in the store!? Yikes. So two of us go to wait outside. How about you addmore people on a shift so the employees aren?t so stressed and rude?! I?m all for social distancing - just not for your servicebeing so slow I have to wait outside in 104 degree weather when I already placed an online order. The girl pouring and makingthe smoothies is clearly not happy to be here. I?m assuming she?s the manager since she?s not wearing a hat. There?s handwrittensigns all over the place. This is super tacky. Once it?s finally my turn I?m informed they don?t have an online order for meand the rude manager says, you placed the order somewhere else. Never asks me what I ordered or anything. I go back out to mycar to get my phone to prove I placed the order, return and stand at the pass off to be ignored by now all 3 of theemployees. FINALLY the cashier asks to see the order on my phone. She walks away and pulls the two smoothies out of the icebox- is this your name?? You?ve got to be kidding me. 20 minutes for this nonsense. Had one of the best experiences at this Jamba Juice. It was really clean and well maintained. Priscilla our server made my day.... She was very attentive and informative. She told me what was already included in the Island Pitaya bowl so that I could narrowthe options of what to put as toppings. Went for the banana and coconut with an extra boost of collagen (50 cents extra). Alsotook a Ginger and Wheatgrass shot for the road, each as are 2.99. Ordered in the app for my lunch break. Came to the store and they had a paper sign with marker ?closed for lunch be back @?.?... during my pickup time. Never got my drink, got charged on my account and they changed the status of my order from in progress tocompleted after my due pickup time so I KNOW they know they messed up. If your gonna close turn off orders in the app. Read more
