I stopped by this Jack at about 8:45am August 17th. Fortunately I did not spend my money due to the deplorable customer service... I witness directed at the car in front of me and then myself. The woman with an extremely deep voice had the name tag with twonames. Miriam Vanessa. She said the manager is Alicia Rojas. The employee was claiming they can?t take two separate orders tothe car in front of me (I know that to be incorrect having worked for this company). Even that didn?t bother me though. It wasthe way in which she snapped and yelled at these customers when they had done and said nothing but what they wanted for theirorder. This employee would cut them off abruptly and rudely which lead her to misunderstand what they were asking for. Now Ipulled up next and asked what was inside of an item and she spoke over me so loudly and quickly that she missed the question andassumed my order. When I went to reiterate she cut me off and quite literally yelled the ingredients at me. I then pulledforward and asked for the managers name in hopes this finds her so they can at least talk to that employee about attitude. Iknow people don?t get treated well working in fast food and at times it?s acceptable to be fed up with rude customers but thisparticular employee was unjustified in their actions towards the customers. Worse experience ever , I will now being going to further Jack in the box . Everytime I go there it?s ALWYAS something. Girl was... very rude the one taking my order then they have me wait for my food on slot #2 when I was literally the only one In drive thruand when she brought our food I asked her if I could go ahead and have taco sauce. She just looked at me and said ? oh? andwalked away and never came back out for my taco sauce. I got off and they said ?they?re were to busy ?when she could?ve just hadtold me that instead of completing saying ?oh? and ignoring me ! I would?ve have gotten off to get it if she communicated withinstead of sharing ?oh? and have me waiting like fool. I parked and ate and the burgers were cold . Worse Jack. Read more

They dont know what fast means and food isnt the word i would use to describe what comes out of thier kitchen. Drive thru mean... they tell you to park and forget about your order. Read more
Came through the drive through between 10-11 pm on Monday night and I sat in the drive thru for 35 minutes before getting my... food. When I pulled up to the window I seen my 2 large oreo shakes melting on the counter....the lady tried to hand them to melike that with the whip cream melting and shakes melted, so I asked her to please remake them....what does she do...?? SHE JUSTPUT FRESH WHIP CREAM ON TOP OF THE MELTED WHIP CREAM. At that point I was just glad to be getting out of the line so then I gotmy food. I ordered a spicy chicken meal which for 11 dollars....I expect a fresh meal...nope the chicken tasted like it had beenin a warmer for hours. This place was not worth the wait in the drive thru. This Jack in the box is trash!! I made a simple online order of tacos, mini tacos, and two jr jacks with cheese, when I got my... order it was missing the tacos so I drove back to get them, then when I was at home eating, I take a bite of my burger and BOTHburgers are missing the PATTYS!! How do you forget to add the main ingredient of a burger?? Everytime I go to this Jack in thebox my order gets messed up in some way or form but this is a new low. Read more
