Went to drive thru got home missing food tried calling no answer terrible never go there
8/18/22 Its 3am, ER is saturated with patients, working short, no breaks; got a hunger that wont quit. Used the mobile app for a... quick meal. Part of my order was not available, but white dude at the window was super courteous and compensated me well beyondmy expectations. This is my new midnight regular place to eat. Food has always been fresh, hot, and hot-damn! good looking too!Even had to wakeup the wife just to facetime the delicious burger, in which she quickly hung up and claimed I was just rubbingit in her face (I was). I really do try to be understanding but this has happened way too many times. The drive through will take FOREVER. But I?m like... okay when I get to the front my food will be fresh and hot! NOOO. Two times now I get my food and its cold. I wait like 15minutes for cold food.. I also have ordered the popcorn chicken and get barely any chicken in the box? Food here is hardly ever fresh. Almost everytime I've been here the food is not hot and fresh. Tacos, jalapeños, chicken... sandwich, Jr burgers, fries...assembled when ordered but patty or fried items seems older or been sitting in warmer. Read more
