Worst IHOP I've ever been too. Service was bad. Food was old. Couldn't even cut my fried steak that's how hard it was. It's like... a bunch of sloths work the night crew. To the owner. Just close the restaurant at night if you don't have the right crew. Didn'teven get my pankcakes lol. I will never go back. Now I'm here at del taco buying food cause my stomach is killing me. I will not recommend this place, I had to wait for a while before getting a table with my baby boy and once we got the table we... waited to have someone to take the order, once the we got the food it was cold and had to ask for another meal. The waiter wasnew and unfortunately he was not properly trained. I will think twice before go to another IHOP. Read more
There was maybe 2 or 3 tables occupied and it took forever for the waitress to seat us. She had a terrible attitude when she... asked me what it was i was even there for and when she put me at a table she left us there for more than 20 min as i watched herjust walking around the kitchen as if she was avoiding taking my order on purpose. Worst IHOP experience ever. I ordered the chicken fajita omelette that just looked like they poured sour cream on top, the... chicken way dry like day old fried chicken, pancakes was over cooked and they didn?t taste like the butter milk pancakes fromIHOP, they taste like boxed pancake mix with water. Had a Great Experience here with my Daughter and Bf. We were greeted and seated quickly and offered drinks. Food was served hot... and flavorful .thanks to the chef. Our Waitress Janette was Friendly and helpful in offering choices to eat. Thank you for that.Great smile also . She made sure our order was as ordered!! Came here around 12pm there was people but wasn?t to busy during this time and our experience was horrible waitress Aidee was... friendly but didn?t check up on us at all and we had one plate arrive 10-15 mins later from everyone else we kept looking forher and she wouldn?t make eye contact at all till I had to raise my voice and say excuse me for her to look and come to ourtable but still took a while to get the plate after never once did she went to the table and offered if we needed anything elseor more drinks except that one time I had to grab her and she still had the audacity and say not to get mad at her since itwasn?t her fault but then if she would of checked on us we would of gotten the plate so much sooner Read more
