Took my Mom to lunch, she loves Dennys but is on a restricted diet so you have to ask for options. The waitress was very nice... and helpful. Ask for The Daily Diner Deals aka the classic menu, it will save you money but remember to still tip generously ifyou get a great server. Read more
Almost no customers when we arrived. Seated after a 5 minute wait, then were not served at all. We left after 15-20 minutes of... waiting for nobody to come see us while the staff laughed and joked about anything else, and while they cleaned up from tablesthat had the few other customers. They had 1 waitress for half of the restaurant. 2 bussers for the same section. Full menu open. That poor waitress was... overworked and slammed. The manager stepped in to order only when the waitress left. It took longer than Ihop to receive thefood. Orders were all wrong and we had to wait twice to get the right orders. Orders were confused between tables so we didn'tget the right food. And drinks were spilled on me by the poor waitress. Nothing was going right for her today. I think I willavoid this crowded location from now on. They have too much business for what they can handle. Read more

I ordered and paid online for my family's breakfast while I waited in their lobby. As soon as I got the confirmation that my... order was ready I went to the register. They 1st said we never placed an order. After I showed them they then said it hadalready been picked up. I explained there was no way as I've been sitting g there the whole time and no one has picked up food.Plus i just got confirmation that it was ready. The lady acted like she had no idea what was going on but they proceeded to makethe food again. I took my order only to then find out all the bacon and sausage were missing. It was a lot since I ordered afamily meal. I came back in with my bag to show them it was missing part of my order. The guy at the register asked if he canhelp me. I told him my order was not right. He rolled his eyes and called the same lady as before to help me. I told her myorder was not right she immediately walked to the counter and brought my containers with bacon and sausage. So they knew thatthey didn't pack it and said nothing. Meanwhile our food got cold. I got home and had to re heat it all. This is the closestlocation to me but I won't be going back. Read more
