Do not recommend this Del Taco to anyone - especially the night crew!! They don?t know how to properly greet, they ALWAYS get... the order wrong and have to get back in the drive-thur because inside is closed. Have to wait 2 times the wait LITERALLY forthem to get your order wrong. I really recommend management looking into this? it?s ridiculous. Read more
I usually get the same thing around the same time and see the same workers. Food is decent, rarely hot but never cold. They... forget a lot. Drinks, receipts, sauces. Usually if someone is in front of me they call out to the window that something ismissing. They never try to debate though, just give you the missing stuff. So it's not too bad. Read more
Worst Del in America. Pathetic so called humans who work here make they?re own schedule. Close inside dining when they feel like... it. Poorly ran. The review isn't in regards to the taste in food but the service. I like to use the app and the drive thru clerk was rude about... it. Tried scanning my coupon didn't work. While waiting for my food I used my coupon on the app and placed the order myself.They said it didn't pull up yet so I offered to just drive around and come inside to not hold the line up. I go inside and givemy name to the cashier in the lobby. The drive thru clerk brings my shake asks me if got everything in my order from the windowI tell her idk I just pulled around and came inside. She puts some bag down and walks away and the cashier never can't back. Hadto wait an extra 2 minutes for a straw... I try to be nice but late coming back for lunch Read more
No breakfast till 5am, disappointed that they no longer serve breakfast items at 11pm. Got chili cheese fires and the fries... were over cooked, dark brown and some were burnt. They did hook it up on the chicken carbon tacos. Read more
I downloaded your app because it offered 2 free Del Tacos with the download. I redeemed the offer code and showed it to the... lady at the window. She took my phone, which made me slightly uncomfortable especially since she had it for a few minutes, andproceeded by asking for help from another employee, with no success. My phone screen was shown to me as she said ?it?s nottaking your code, I can?t use this coupon? and then returned phone. I informed her it was the promo for downloading the app,and she said, ?yeah, it won?t take it.? That?s fine, but what?s 2 tacos going to hurt them? Now I cancelled those tacos andthey will go to waste. The lady continued to provide poor service by not saying anything else besides asking what sauce Iwanted. I smiled and thanked her; not only was she not saying anything she refused to look at me. I threw my entire food orderout, I wasn?t sure what her problem was but I didn?t trust to eat the food.
