I dont know how they pay $17/hrs. to these unqualified workers. We absolutely love their fish tacos, the only reason we go... there.! Almost every time they would not include lime inside each taco after reminding them at time of ordering and confirmingbefore leaving only to find out they did not do that, so frustrating!! Today it happened the same thing. Besides that the girltold me to drive around the corner and wait and some one will bring it out to my car. Waited 10 loooooong minuets and had toknock at the back door to get some ones attention. All 5 tacos were ice cold partially, got home to find out no lime! Read more

This place has terrible customer service. Ordered my food through the app, got to the del taco about 2-3 minutes after ordering.... There was a girl outside taking orders so we tell her we had an online order and she says just go to the window. We got to thewindow give them my name, and the girl tells us to go park in the back and they'll bring out our food. About 10 minutes pass byand no one comes out. So we call and tell them what's going on and they say they'll send someone out with our food. A fewminutes later two girls come out asking what was the name on the order?!?! Was it so-and-so, were like no and give them my nameagain...another 5 minutes passes by and the girl finally comes out and asks for the name again, we tell her and she's just saysoh, we have your order with a smile on her face...she brings out the food a few minutes later with no apology or anything justthat she doesn't have a headset blah blah blah......I ordered my food at 5:16 pm it was brought out at 5:39!!!! It had beensitting there the entire time! The food was completely cold and they didn't even include the sauce I asked for!!! Will never goto this location ever again!! I just wanted to share the nicest experience we had today at the Del Taco drive through. I was picking up lunch with my kids and... was given my order, I was pulling out of the drive through, about to turn, when the person who took my order had the lat bag tomy order! This would have been frustrating, had I left without the full order. Way to go to the person helping us in the drivethrough today (I included an image of the receipt in hopes management at this location sees the goodness in the person whohelped us. You are awesome!
