Absolutely terrible customer experience. They have the worst system for food pick up. I called today to place my pizza order at... 1:24pm to take to the beach. They said it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrive to pay/pickup, they ask me to wait in line topay. I wait 15 minutes in line to pay for a pickup order. After paying they tell me the pizza is not ready and it?ll be another30 minutes. I say I ordered over the phone specifically to have it ready in 30 min. It?s 45 minutes and my order isn?t ready. Iask for a refund and the manager comes out, does not apologize, just processes the refund, hands me cash and walks away. Wasted45+ minutes. Read more
My ticket was misplaced this morning as I waited 30 mins for my order. When I talked to the manager she seemed to not be... concern as she turned her back at me flapping her long eyelashes along. Carlos, the supervisor was called to assist with thecancelation of my order. He ignored me the whole time like if he was to good to make eye contact or greet me. Just awfulservice. Read more

I really love going to Costco. I love their sales and let their produce. I love all the stuff that you can try out 1st before... buying but what I don't like is some of the customer service reps at returns. Those people, especially the females, theysomehow they think it's their money they are dealing with. like They're doing you a favor when in reality they get paid becauseof people like us that shop there someone needs to remind them what customer services are and remind them how they get paid. Costco is constantly redesigning the layout to be more efficient. 2 lines to order in person and 6 stations to order online. It... can get very crowded with shopping carts but good food at a great price. Read more
A really good place to get pizza. Oh yeah, always!!! It is hard to get wrong specially when the price is right. Just for 10... bucks you get a combination large pizza - imagine that! They also have this new burger and it is quite juicy - very good for theprice too, I should say. Somehow the mocha drink price was increased and I did not even noticed that until now. It's been awhilesince I had that drink. A very satisfying thirst quenching drink that was way more affordable than Starbucks, haha. And now it'sa little bit more expensive but probably still cheaper than Starbucks... uhhhmmm, maybe. Read more
Costco Food Court is cheap and delicious! I love the food here, I went here today and saw a new Cheeseburger that I've never... seen before. It's 5 dollars a bit pricey but it was delicious, it packs 1000+ calories though. The pizza however is the best andprobably the main signature of the food court. Read more
