We love Coldstone! Sadly the owner/managers are rude. I get that these are crazy/trying times but if your going to raise prices,... great, no problem !! Just make sure that the staff and boards reflect the increase as well as clear and visible labels. IMO,this shop needs some competition so that maybe they rethink their outlook and appreciate that they are still in business! Read more
I went today 8/8/2022 with my 7 year old to get the Kirby flavor it was the worst! It was all melted like the stone wasn't cold... at all. I also got a chocolate peanut butter that was melted at first bite. Neither was mixed well, Totally disappointed won'twaste my time or money on that melted flavorless slop! Read more
Rude. Owner/managers, maskless pair, were rude. I overheard them talking about two different sets of customers. Heads up, only... you can hear the blender. The bathroom was "closed" to customers and no gloves in sight on anyone. Crazy when the same staffperson makes your ice cream, takes your payment and then returns to the serving line no hand wash. Yuck. Skip this, try Handel'sRC or Baskins down the street. Read more
Very nice well kept shop. I?m a regular customer here and I?ve always had a good experience every time I come in. Also, the... workers are teenagers who are always so nice to me and my family. This shop is always busy and on top of business. I definitelywould recommend this place to a friend. Total 5 stars! Read more
The ice cream here was amazing. I tried the Reese?s ice cream and the Reese?s ice cream cups. I recommend the Reese?s ice cream... if you like the chocolate, it?s really good. There?s so many options here, every time I come here I always need a couple minutesto look at the menu. I still haven?t tried everything I wanted to and I been here a couple times. The 6 pack of cupcakes wasalso good, really good for birthdays. I would definitely tell the server it?s your first time if it is, it helped so much. Read more

The girl there working at the time has great service, but is left alone by herself with no help attending to customers.
