It's been a while since we've been but our recent visit wasn't all that great...the staff was mainly if not all new to workforce... with little to no experience. Customer service wasn't all there...seemed like no one was manning the front desk...the wholeplace smelled like feet. Staff was hardly seen in te 3 hrs we were there. Don't see this place lasting much longer unlessthere's major changes or huge investment into the place which would be great for either. Wouldn't like to see this place gounder. Read more
Didn't eat while there. Went to celebrate my grandsons birthday. Place seemed clean. Some rides weren't working but my grandson... turned 1. Not like he really noticed. Read more
Small establishment and minimal games. Not many employees so getting service quickly doesn't happen if it's busy. Food and games... add up quickly, it's not cheap. Read more
Well this one didn't smell like dirty feet. Chucky lost alot of weight ..lol my son always enjoys himself here. Clean also can't... complain. Read more
Wow! We spent an hour here today but we didn?t eat pizza! My niece played games the whole time.

I had my son 4th Birthday Party there yesterday. It was way more then I could have expected in an experience. I?ve had parties... at different Chucky Cheese but this location went above and beyond for me. The entire staff was so nice and welcoming from themanager, supervisor and of course our Host Celeste. They made it stress free. My food came out on time, was delicious. My hostkept me on time, to make sure everything got done. My son came up to me and he said I love my party. Celeste our host was sosweet and she kept asking if I needed anything the manager and supervisor as well. Best experience at Chucky Cheese by far.Couldn?t been happier. Thank you again !!!! Read more
