1. They false advertise their price. Bill showed a different amount than what was on their board. They claim they are being... ignored by their corp of customer complaints about this. Would not correct the billing. 2. Food was cold and gross. 3.Bathrooms were disgusting. My friend actually filed a complaint with BBB on the over charging on meal. Do not recommend eatinghere. Cashier jazzlim was extremely rude, was complaining and slamming things. Angrily typed in my order and gave me an attitude.... Yelled when 2 more people came in. No one was wearing gloves and there was dirty rags around the food. Cashier refused to waiton the other customers that came in after me. My second visit. First visit I thought the place was expensive. I ordered my entree in the small size. Talked to a few... people who said to order the regular size, you get a LOT more for about a dollar more. They were right! Was full with theregular size. Each time the food was very good, the place is clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. Welldefinitely be back. Read more
Noodles and company is one of my favorite chains. This particular noodles is easily the worst I?ve had. Multiple bad experiences... here and I will not be going back. Definitely risk getting soggy noodles that have been sitting out awhile any time you go here. Read more
This place was awesome! We came as a whole track team, and it was great! The food was good, and the staff was very nice and... helpful! The food was very fast even with around twenty some people in the restaurant at once, the food came out in around5-10mins for everyone! The place was kept up well, and it was very clean, including the bathroom! Highly recommend this noodlesand company if you are looking for one! Read more
