Solidly average experience. Random Saturday in September, not busy at all. The actual ice cream I had (cranberry walnut) was... packed with flavor, but too tart. Also, for a place that prides themselves on their unique flavor selection, the cranberrywalnut was the only flavor in the mix today that wasn?t something I could pick up at my local grocery store. Would be more of adestination if more unique flavors were available daily. Read more
Incredible! Such a lovely place to visit. Plenty of parking and facilities as they knew us OSH Airventurers were going to be... passing. Loads of staff serving who were efficient and friendly. And the ice cream... Oh my! 8th visit to Airventure and guttedI didn't know about this place until now! We will stop in when heading south later in the week to sample some more yummyflavours! Awesome ice cream! I had chocolate fudge ripple in a waffle cone. I'm pretty sure the waffle cone was homemade, really good. My... hands still smell like vanilla two hours later! Believe the hype! This shop is amazing! From the varieties of daily ice cream flavors to choose from, to the take home freezer... items, there is something for everyone. The cookie sandwiches are amazing - and specialty flavor changes monthly. It's best tofollow their Facebook page to know the flavors of the month - both ice cream and sandwiches. You can take these items home orenjoy them there either indoors or on their outdoor picnic tables or rocking chairs, enjoying their amazing country setting. The cows grazing next door are actually the ones they use to make the ice cream. They even have a jar of dog treats - our dogssmell them as soon as we walk into the door. Be sure to get their punch cards to earn your self a free scoop or free specialtysundae after so many purchases! Read more
