Ate here for the first time in a long time. Skip this restaurant at all costs. Food had been expired and re-cooked and waited... over 35 minutes in the drive-through. Absolutely disgusting. How do you burn a chicken sandwich? Read more
What happened to the service of this place? This used to be my go to place to eat. But the lack of workers or there skill on... getting customers moving is not even close to par. Today I waited 30mins in line and ended up leaving the drive threw and goingsomewhere else. I got food within 5 mins. Three days ago I got my favorite a number 12 with no tomato. The chicken was so raw Ionly ate 2 bites and then realised so threw out the rest. I got sick for the past few days. The only thing they cant seem toundercook is the breakfast but the service is so slow I sadly have to go elsewhere. Read more
We ordered 2 sandwiches and were left waiting 20 minutes for our take out order. This business wasn't even busy at the time.... Employees spent must time on talking with friends and messing around behind the counter. No we will not be back again. Read more
The morning that I visited this Hardee's was somewhat unusual -- it was before I had to report for possible jury duty and I was... killing some time as I would have been VERY early otherwise. I walked into the restaurant and didn't see another soul, save onemale employee running about frantically behind the counter taking drive-thru orders and then preparing the food. I waitedpatiently for about 7 or 8 minutes as he tried to keep up, punctuated sporadically by him asking me to please wait as he wastrying to get through all of the pending orders. As I had the time to spare, I told him that it wasn't a big deal and waited. He finally was able to get through the orders and apologized profusely, to which I replied again that it really wasn't aproblem. I ordered my food, paid for it and then asked if he was actually the only employee in the store. He nodded and thenadded that someone that should have arrived at 7 AM didn't show up so he was on his own until 8 AM. I received my food shortlythereafter, stuffed it down and then left, but not before telling him, as I walked by the counter, that the food was very goodand that I appreciated his diligence and hard work. He yelled "Thank you !" as I walked out, all the while I was thinking thatI was glad that I wasn't in HIS shoes that morning. The biscuits and gravy are ALWAYS killer at Hardee's so this review is moreabout how this man was able, single handedly, to keep up with the demands of the customers, both in the drive-thru and in thelobby, while I was there. Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru. The fries were so old they were inevitable. Burgers were also cold. 4 cars ahead of... me, watched literally dozens of cars go thru McDonalds across the street. I understand staffing issues but this wasRidiculous. Expensive Garbage. Read more
Always very fresh food and very friendly staff. They are very under staffed and there is often a wait and yet they always are... ALWAYS very friendly. The last time I went there was only 2 staff on shift running the entire store! I thanked her profusely forputting up with the many impatient and rude customers who can't wait 5 min for their food! Waited 35 minutes, paid $22 with only 4 cars ahead of us, only to receive 2 cold burgers and fries. Which is ridiculous... considering we still waited 5 minutes at the window and watched the employee standing there? that?s the 2nd terrible experiencein the last month.
