Legitimately the worst Dunkin I've been to. Their frozen drink machines haven't worked in 3 weeks. I was in there today, and... they had one person working. I went inside to get my drink, and they kept taking care of the drive thru while ignoring thefact I had been standing there for 10 minutes. I love Dunkin, but they need to close this one. Read more
Duncan is a great alternative when you don't want to spend the Starbucks money lol. I definitely love their avocado toast and... egg white bites. To be honest they're Refreshers are a little bit better than Starbucks to me and I'm a Starbucks girl well I'ma Starbucks in Dunkin Donuts girl LOL but overall great service every time I go definitely will recommend. Bought 2 flavored frozen coffee and they were bland, no flavor. Usually they are good. But, it seemed the person just wanted... to get it done and did not care. Why I am not happy, I was the only one there so she was not busy. Worst she only filled themhalf full, filled the rest with whip cream. Very sad. Read more
My chocolate long john was FCE DOWN on top of my VANILLA sprinkle donut. UNACCEPTABLE
Went from a 5 star to a 3 star in 11 months. Couldn't get anything we wanted yesterday. "They were too busy to make sandwiches"... and ran out of donuts. Today it was an effort to make a box of a dozen and then he just threw them in there..sideways and all.Jelly filled munchkins had very very little jelly. Wasn't even worth a pic of those. I love that I can order my coffee 30 min before work and it's ready when I get there. The morning drive thru lady is very very... nice and always smiling. She makes sure you have everything you need. Way WAY better coffee than that green place! Read more

I just can't anymore with this location. Half the time never have any donuts I want. They run out of other items frequently.... They've ran out of espresso a few times. Couldn't even get coffee. Most of the time drinks are still made different bydifferent employees rather than following standardized recipes. They prioritize drive through over dining room therefore therehave been multiple times where no one is to be seen and I have to call the store while I'm in the store to get someone to comeup to order. Most visits its just poor service and poor experiences. Overall just done with this location as I have given themso many chances. No more. Read more
