i had a pickup order, and when i arrived my boyfriend went inside to grab our bag. we got home and opened the bag for our order... to be completely wrong. i checked the name and it was similar to mine but not my name. i called to tell them they gave us thewrong order?the guy on the phone proceeds to say my boyfriend took the wrong bag, and frankly had a bit of an attitude. honestlyit?s b.s. because all the pickup bags are on the back counter until the person who is picking up gets HANDED the bag, in whichthat?s what my boyfriend said had happened. i usually never have an issue with the morning/afternoon people, but the nightpeople are always screwing around and are rude Read more
I ordered a 15? sub and a cookie to-go but instead received 2 cookies and a 7.5? sub which didn?t have all that I wanted on it.... As I called the store to see if I was overcharged for a 15? having only received a 7.5? the guy on the phone suggested that Icould come back to the store for the other half but I?d still have to pay for it. Don't order online. They won't have it ready and they'll ignore your options and extras. Tried them again. Ordered a meatball... sub with spinach. Actually got the spinach right but they forgot the marinara sauce that should normally come with it. Read more
