Menu for Willamette Wineworks in Folsom, CA

Love this winery/tasting room! My husband and I have been coming here for almost the last two years and every time we are... treated like family. I even held my 30th birthday in their private event room. Drew had convinced us to join the wine club(which didn't take much convincing as their wine is delicious and membership includes a lot compared to others) and mostrecently, we had Paige helping us. Did you say a winery in the middle of folsom? This tasting room is above Scott's seafood. You make your way up the stairs and... have barrels of wine/view of folsom from above. There are mixes of tables by windows/fireplace seats. It can get a bit toastyinside but the views are nice. Have a good menu for small bites and lots of wine flights. The pinots were my favorite. Thereservations were a bit weird. Just make sure you try to make a clear appointment. Recommended the Pinot flight, cheese board,and focaccia. Read more

Surprised at all the good reviews.....it is a nice building, and their wines are ok, but can they not take a reservation??????... Have they seen the "reservation" Seinfeld episode? The place just has never worked for us - first experience we hadreservations and did call to tell them we were coming and might be a few minutes late as our guests were coming from out of town- our only greeting was your 10 minutes late! On top of this while we had this communication they never shared that they did nothave the kitchen running this day - a little communication on their part would have been appreciated just as we had communicatedwith them. 2nd experience - had a reservation but they obviously did not reserve our spot so we had to sit outside in the 108degree heat and choke our wine down. 3rd experience we walked in and it was late but the band was still playing but they wouldnot accommodate us, plenty of room at the bar. 4th and hopefully last experience with Willamette we got a reservation 2 weeksago and made plans for this night but received notice today saying sorry we have no reservations for this night something abouta private party. So as Jerry Seinfeld would say is "you know how to take a reservation but you can't hold a reservation" -isn't this the point of the reservation???? Glad there not the only joint in town. Read more
