The drive through was a little busy (around 2pm on a Friday). There were only a few people inside. We were greeted warmly and... our order was ready in only a few minutes. Even though the drive through line was long the workers were very fast and efficient and it moved quickly. The cheeseburger and... fry combo is always tasty and the strawberry/chocolate swirl frosty was amazing. Read more
Made my last visit to Wendy's today. Never again. $8.18 for a grilled chicken sandwich. Yeah, just the sandwich. Couldn't... back out of the drive through, being stuck behind four other cars with two behind me, so decided to go through with the purchasebut then sat stuck for 18 minutes for whatever reason. It got worse from there. Thought about saying something about the priceto the window cashier but it's not her fault, so I figured I'd just use the info on the receipt to do the survey, but when Iparked in the parking lot and checked the bag ... no receipt. Opened the sandwich, took a bite, and tasted burnt bread. Pulledit apart to find the bun burnt pitch black (photo attached). Yes, believe it. $8 for that. At this point, with no receipt, Idecided to go inside. I backed up and headed back, entered the parking lot, and got stuck behind the drive-through line whichwas blocking the one-way entrance. Frustration maxed out and having already wasted too much time, I gave up and drove away. The amount charged for such a basic small sandwich is pathetic enough, but I'm not sure how a place can get virtually everysingle thing wrong on such a simple order. Read more
A bit slow but for GOOD REASON. I absolutely love good quality food and it can quickly make you forget when you bite into a... freshly cooked Baconator. Simply heaven! Fresh fries and washed down with a cold drink. Loved it hands down best burger inmonths!!! Thank you for cooking fresh food!! The six kids give six thumbs up! Not what we ordered. No lettuce, nor pickles, nor bacon on our burgers that were ordered to have those items and we were still... charged for it..and we sat outside after getting to food waiting for straws. Read more
