Everyone was very nice and professional. The food was tasty. The chips were hot and crispy and they had an amazing assortment of... salsas. They also had a great assortment of Mexican bottled sodas, fountain drinks, wines, alcohol and beers. They have severaltv?s and they have music playing. Overall happy to have found this place. Shrimp fajitas are the Best here. Not swimming in grease. Tasty plump shrimp..generous portions. My favorite food Mexican... cuisine in Folsom. Super friendly people. They make their own corn tortillas.! Other tasty dishes as well. ChileVerde...chimichuanga... all good. Read more
I enjoyed this lunch spot! Varied salsa bar with the yummiest pickles onions and more. Their tacos are also delicious and well... priced. Fish taco was not perfect too. I tried this place for lunch today and am chowing my leftover burrito as I write this. I can't get over how darn good this place... is, which is why I knew I needed to write this review giving props where due. If I could give this place 1,000 stars, I would.Fresh, generous portions and absolutely delicious. Atmosphere is counter service with self serve drinks and warm chips,including a variety of salsas. The service is amicable and courteous, and you can feel they want you there, and they care about yourexperience. The food, unfortunately, is uneven. We had tried many dishes. Last time we had four, and there's only one worthanother try. 1. Flauta - a la carte $2.75 One with beef or pork. Both were really dry. 2. Tacos $5.97 Three tacos: Pastor +Carnitas + Carne Deshebrada All three were tender but could use some more seasoning. The good thing is they all came hot. Whichis a big plus, since often tacos get less than lukewarm, the moment they end up on a table. 3. Kids Taco $5.75 One Taco alPastor with beans and rice.
