Please teach your employees some basic customer service skills. You tell me my pizza is going to be delivered at 4:30. I call... 15-mins after it was supposed to be delivered to get an update and Brian says - ?I don?t know what to tell you, we got busy?.How about, I apologize or I?m sorry. A simple gesture acknowledging the fact t you?re going to end up being 30mins late andsaying I?m sorry would?ve been nice. Read more
Staff was nice. We ordered a small pepperoni pizza and a salad. The boiled eggs at the salad were sour, the edamami tasted old... and not bright green like they should be, the blue cheese salad dressing didn't taste like it should and the cheese on the pizzawas sour tasting as well. Just want let management know customers can get sick on old food items. I get it, it's expensive tomaintain fresh ingredients. Also, the tables had not been bused right away, and the carpets could use a shampoo, and the fronthad dirty hand prints all over it. We will not be returning to this round table. Can't take the chance of getting ill from oldingredients. That's not what we paid for. Good luck in the future. Read more
Staff are kind the place is amazingly clean. Fast service. Not the restraunts fault but their prices are ridiculous for Pizzas.... I'll only end up back to Round Table for family events. Fresh food and service. Pizza was really good. Read more
After being loyal customers for some 30 years, we are now loyal Ciro's customers. Their pizza has always been better, but your... coupons made your pizzas the better bang for the buck. Now that you are no longer providing coupons, we have moved up to thebetter pizza. I have tried to use your app, but it is worthless. All I get is a pile of emails that do me little good. Round Table has been one of the best pizzerias for decades. This particular location was great for dine in, before Covid. It has... good delivery service. Would recommend Round Table to anyone. Read more
Although the dine in is not available, I was still able to walk in and pick up my pizza. It was the most delicious pizza I have... ever had in my life. They had a very affordable lunch special as well. Thank you round table. Your awesome. Read more
I've been a very loyal customer of this Round Table for many years, ordering weekly for at least a decade. Tonight we ordered a... pizza to be delivered at 6:00. At 6:20 we didn't have it so I called and the person that answered the phone said the deliverydriver had "just left." At 6:40, I got a text saying my pizza would be delivered at 7:04. I called back and got the same guy,who said it should be here any minute, then he said Door Dash picked it up at 6:30 (after I had called the first time). He saideverything was Door Dash's fault and there was nothing he could do. I asked for a manager. She, too, had several differentstories about when it was taken out and when it would be delivered, though she assured me it was not being delivered by DoorDash. They were clearly just trying to get me off the phone with no regard to telling me the truth. When the pizza arrived(delivered by Door Dash) it had obviously been out of the oven for a very long time. It was cold. I was a Round Table managerfor many years. Lying to the customer and setting bad expectations to get yourself off the hook is the worst thing you can do. Tell your customer the truth, even if you made a mistake. I'm going to see if the Round Table on Riley will deliver to me. Ifnot, I'll find a different pizza place. It's a shame because Round Table Pizza will always be my favorite. Read more
