I visited Menchie's again yesterday. The frozen yogurt and experience here is fantastic! Menchie's always has a large selection... of unique and delicious flavors. Toppings are always well stocked. An important thing to note is that the staff does a great jobkeeping this place clean. So often frozen yogurt places have spilled yogurt and toppings, sticky surfaces, etc. The girl who wasworking yesterday was always staying busy in between customers keeping everything tidy. Everything you expect from a frozen yogurt shop. Many flavors of froyo and a large amount of toppings. It's nice that there are... free samples, the froyo flavors are rotating so you want to try the new ones. Price point is decent and location is alright. Read more

I really enjoyed the strawberry sorbet along withe some of the plain frozen yogurt that I have been craving. I loved the... strawberry, but thought the plain could have been either more sweet or tart. It seemed more like a frozen Greek yogurt with avery mild taste. We took our grandkids to Menchies with gift cards. When the yogurt creations were weighed and we handed over the cards, we were... told they couldn't be used because the gift card processor was down. Awkward! I didn't feel comfortable with how it was handledat all, so I emailed the company and got a very detailed and responsive letter from the owner. I was impressed by her follow upand her authentic concern for how we felt. She thanked us for the opportunity to give her team some added training. I wastotally impressed. I have always liked the quality and variety at Menchie's. It's a plus that I have a great feeling about theowner and her team as well. Read more
