Left behind in the wake of McDonald's remodeling. A cramped dine in and a broken soda machine might not have been the worst part... of it all if not for the floor and tables looking like the aftermath of a ketchup bloodbath. The napkins never even making it tothe trash drenched in red with a "Wet Floor" sign toppled on the floor doing its job better than the restaurant. Read more
Lady at food pickup window had a bad attitude. She frowned, didn't speak, put the fries in the bag upside-down and didn't give... us the happy meal. Of all the things to forget in an order, forgetting the kid's meal might be the most messed up, in myopinion. Horrible!! I spent my whole 30 min lunch break in the drive thru during the remodeling, and the speaker at the drive-thru wasn't... working. Fries were cold, the hamburger bun was hard, like it was stale. Never again will I visit the Iron point mc Donald'sagain. Not the 1st time drive thru was slow. Just a very un pleasant experience for about the 5th time, kinda feel stupidthinking it will change. Next time hazel is my place for mc d, wayyyy faster and HOT food!! Read more
