It pains me to write this. I love La. Bou food. Soups and salads and sandwiches are excellent. I have eaten lunch here a... couple times a week for maybe 15 years. With that background in mind, my one star review is due to their new ordering process.It used to be that you ordered from the person who made your food. There were maybe four people taking orders and making food.Now, they have changed this such that there is a single person taking orders. This takes so much more time that I literallyturn around and leave if there?s more than two customers in line. I just can?t take it anymore. I have probably walked away 20or 30 times in the last six months. I am done. Ordering hair is like watching paint dry. Please fix this and go back to the wayit was. If they do I will turn this one star into a five star. Read more

The employees were really kind and friendly, and the food was good! They wrapped up my basil chicken panini really nicely. It... would be nice if they upgraded the menu a bit, since it has bits of paper taped on where they've made changes, but other thanthat small detail, they were flawless. Read more
