I love Jamba Juice! I enjoy the flavors and my belief that my beverage is 100% healthy for me ????...this particular Jamba Juice... location is like many others in that it is smallish and gets crowded quite easily and then looks kind of unkempt. The staff isfriendly, but I think that they are somewhat understaffed, I am unsure about this. I wish that the prices were slightly morereasonable, but, I'll be okay. Read more

Before I sipped my drink I noticed a long hair on the inside of the drink. Pulled it out and was just going to get over it, it... happens, until I found 2 more long hairs in it and tossed. That's kind of ridiculous that 3 got in. Tried to call a few timesfor a refund because I'm already a ways down the highway but they don't answer the phone so I'll just get over the $8. Read more

This location is always amazing. Above and beyond what's expected from a smoothie shop. They always bust out your orders quicker... than expected. Never make mistakes. Today their servers were down (which can be incredibly frustrating) and they still were sonice and kind and got things out as quick as possible. Seemed like a new employee working the register. We asked if we could have some of one of the large drinks poured into a mini... cup for our 2 year old before mixing in the 3g energy. She left and came back and simply said "They can't do that" with noexplanation and continued her pitch trying to get us to purchase food. We pressed her on the small side drink. She left again.When she came back she didn't address it at all and told us to pay. We asked again to confirm about the little drink. She justpointed to the machine to pay. So we did, assuming they figured it out. When they came out with only two large drinks, we askedabout it again. Same girl just told us they can't. I would've gotten one without 3g energy so I could share with my son if theywould've explained this to me. To make everything worse, the girl at the register talks WAY too quietly and i could not hear aword she was saying through the mask and the glass. My husband had to ask her to speak up several times. Another guy came outand told us they can't do that, again no explanation. We asked why. He left to go talk to the manager. At this point I feel themanager should've just come talk to us because the back and forth and lack of proper communication was frustrating. He came backand said he'd remake the drink. We werent quite sure what that meant. Until they came back with another drink with the mini onebut it now had no 3g energy. So basically we ended up paying for a 3g energy that we didn't get and still never got anexplanation as to why they couldn't or wouldn't put a little aside before mixing in 3g energy. Read more

I love Jamba, but while yesterday's Aloha Pineapple tasted good, it wasn't mixed/blended well. There were large pieces, or... chunks, of ice and strawberries throughout the entire drink. That smooth silky texture that I so enjoy was missing fromyesterday's drink. They weren't busy. Maybe the person was new. Everyone was friendly as they always are. Read more
