The food is AMAZING! I especially liked the strawberry milkshake that was better than any other I've ever tried before.

Food was fresh, staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean and well kept. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to grab... a fresh, delicious burger, fries, and dessert. Read more

Read entire review, No question it?s a good burgers BUT fries are the biggest ripoff I?ve ever experienced especially through... Door Dash?s markup, $5.51 for a HALF Dixie cup of fries $7.67 for HALF small paper coffee cup and $10.07 for a 3/4- 12 Oz cup.The bag was sealed so it wasn?t Door Dash fault, has to be person building the order. Again I?ve given them 3 chances beforewriting a review same thing over an over. Read more

Decent burgers, better fries and I love the peanuts - but it comes at a cost premium. Staff were friendly, attentive and... efficient. I know some folks have religion around a Five Guys burger; I?m not one of them - they are decent and solid choicefor a burger in my book but a pricey choice for what it is. I love that they are customized from the ground up, so I don?t haveto figure out what to remove and hope the order and cooks get it right. The fries are awesome when fresh, but don?t travel well- getting soggy at the bottom even on just a five minute ride. Read more

I loved the food. I had a bacon cheeseburger andybwifebhad rh BLT, and we shared a delicious Oreo shake. Only thing is, 2... items and a shake (not even fries) was $30!! Inflation has obviously arrived at 5 guys. ???? Read more

*update* GM reached out via phone and offered to make it right. Said what I expected (staff shortage) which is understandable.... Offered to make it right so I asked him to give some random kid a milkshake and make their day. Added a star for reachingout. I hate that I'm writing this because I really like 5 guys burgers (even more than in and out). That said this place ishorribly understaffed and the service is a mess. Ordered a simple bacon cheese all the way and a kids burger with large friesand a drink. Paid the almost $40 and left a tip. Went to soda machine to find 6 different choices and 1 ice machine not makingice, opted for water. Mentioned to counter kid and he said they've been out for some time. Hmmmmpffff... after getting rest oforder I took off and got home only to find literally a quarter of 1 slice of bacon on my burger but happy to report there wasabout 7 lbs of mushrooms and 2 end pieces of tomatoes. My kids burger looked ok but was put together really sloppy. The frieswere scattered everywhere in bag and was in a small cup for fries despite large order. I feel like the regional owner is lettingthis franchise down and ill just continue going to others. Read more

Been coming here for the past year. Employees are almost always very friendly. Lately though, the wait times can be fairly long.... Couple weeks ago I waited almost 30min. They had 4 people working but I guess they got backed up. Anyways, the burgers arelarge and fries are not bad! French you fries can be salty but they give you a lot! Burgers are on the expensive side. You canadd as many toppings as you want though. For 2 of us, it costed around $45 for everything. All in all, definitely worth avisit. Different than In N Out, both good! Read more
