Carl?s Jr. you gotta do better you have 2 employees working. One guy is running the front register the drive through and handing... out orders while the other worker is doing the cooking. Your totally overworking your employees and the customer sees and feelsthis. Totally not okay. Read more
The young man that waited on us ( Mark) was new and was very polite, nice and proffessional. However hjs trainer and manager she... was not friendly , not to us or her trainee, also the music was terrible , loud rock music. Nice restaurant, but they try to upsale you. The push the super size and the new sandwiches like crazy. The lady via the... drive-thru really told me if "I WAS SURE," (as if I didn't know what I wanted to eat) about trying their new sandwich. Read more
When you visit this Carl's Jr in Folsom, ask for Kiera and you'll get the best service ever!!! I saw someone give her a $20... tip...that's really saying something! We had milkshakes, chicken stars, French fries and zucchini, all of which were served hotand fresh. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick and courteous. Read more
