Ordered the two volumes of a light novel series on Saturday, 24th, the first time they ordered the mangas instead of the novels,... I caught it before leaving, a employee said he corrected it and said it was the novels instead. Today on the 27th I got thethird volume only and it's the manga instead. I'm never coming here again. Great little B&N with a better cafe/kitchen than most. Coming from a bigger city, the selection wasn't as good, but the... restaurant area was much nicer and all the workers were friendly and helpful. The two employees that helped me were so wonderful! The first person found the first book in a series for me and made sure it... would work with the sale that was running!! They came up to me about 10 minutes after giving me the book and told me that theyasked the manager to make sure it would qualify for the buy 2 get one free sale, I hadn't even asked them to do that! The secondperson found a book that came out TODAY and it was the only copy in the store!!! When it wasnt in the correct section shecontinued to search for it until she found it and gave it to me!!! This is a rare sighting, a B&N still going. The store is in a nice location. It seems to be doing well. Tons of people working... inside in the cafe. There is also a significant number of tables and chairs outside. I can imagine working here on a nice springday. Read more

Nourish your mind, eyes, ears, palate, and other senses at this beautiful strategically located treasure. Now that there's time... enough at last for such mesmerizing titles, a man now wonders if he stars in a remake of that timeless series. The Starbucks coffee bar and lounge area at this location is one of the best I have seen. There is even an additional sitting... area in the center of the book store section. Super clean store and friendly greeters. Read more
