As a delivery person we rely on fast food restaurants to be able to eat during the day most of the time. Due to the lobby... closing at 3pm and me showing up at 3:15 with no way to fit a fedex delivery truck in the drive through, I wound up having totake my business elsewhere. Food was great, service was fine but the dining room was still closed and there were no lights on the drive thru menu to see the... menu or prices. Ironically, there's a " now hiring smiling faces" sign on the drive thru window.... How do you know who'ssmiling when everyone has a mask on? Read more

If I could give zero stars I would.. but that's not a option.. first off they have an 82 on the health department score..(eew..)... I bought the boneless wings meal for my wife and when I got it she bit in and they were cold.. really cold.. so I parked andwent inside. I ordered a Buffalo salad and instead of my chicken being dipped my salad was covered in the sauce (like you would do with the... ranch) and it had way too much along with my chicken tenders on my wings and things are supposed to be DIPPED and got sauce poured over them in the container once again way too much and my fries are covered in sauce now. I understand it was close toclosing but still I can?t enjoy my salad bc it has so much sauce it?s gross and my boyfriends fries are drenched in sauce tooand they shouldn?t be. We stopped in and purchased two Zaxby's Signature Chicken sandwich meals on a Thursday afternoon. The restaurant was not busy... and we were greeted promptly at the drive through. We placed our orders and received our meals with the courtesy and speed weare accustomed to receiving at almost every Zaxby's we have visited. We parked in the lot in front of the restaurant to eat ourmeals while they were still warm. I must say we were extremely disappointed with the chicken sandwich meals we received. Thechicken breast in the sandwich was not as flavorful as the chicken tenders in the box meal. Also, the buns were a bit soggymaking the sandwich a mess after just a few bites. In addition, the fries which came with the sandwich were dry, apparentlyreheated and inedible. We both threw most of our sandwich and all of our fries in the garbage. Without a doubt, this was ourworst dining experience at any Zaxby's we have visited. Read more
