I ordered chicken tenders tonight and they looked very Rubbery like they had sat all day was very hard to pull apart had asked... for a plain cheese burger pretty self explanatory and did not get that just instead a very soggy burger I did contact sonic it?sself and post photos proof as seen here . We have a tradition where my family of 18-20 people meet here for the .50 corn dogs every year before trick or treat?. This year... it was drive through only because of being short staffed?.. we did wait a little in line but to be so short staffed them workerswas pushing the cars through and i had 2 online orders and then I ordered another order online and when I got to the window themladies (sorry if there was a gentlemen I only seen two ladies) but they handed me my food and my new order and nothing wasmissing and with it all was the best customer service!!!they was not being rude or frustrated, These workers need to go teach alot of other restaurants how to be great at hospitality!!! Ordered a super sonic breakfast burrito and it didn't have any sausage. This sonic used to be very good but in the past few... months it has gone downhill. Idk what's going on at this sonic. I've been coming here for years and the past year or so it's tanking really fast. The... employees clearly do not want to be there. Tonight was the first time in at least 6 months that I drove up and could actuallyuse a stall. I had ordered 15 minutes prior on the app, drove up, still took 10 minutes for them to be "on the way" with theorder. 5 more minutes go by and I finally buzz the inside asking if they were bringing it, and the guy comes out missing ourblast. I had to ask where it was before he says the machines down so they can't make it and could turn it into a milkshakeinstead. I said that's fine, he walks in and immediately comes out with a melted milkshake with some Reese's just thrown on top.Get home and these were the size of the Fritos wraps that were 2 for $5. I paid $2.50 for that. And the double cheeseburgersonly had one tiny patty on them. Everything was cold. This is the last time we will come back to this location. Franchise ownerneeds to step in. Waste of money. Ordered medium honey bbq JUMBO popcorn chicken and only received 2. The rest of the bowl was nothing but crumbs.... Service is already soo slow and they can?t even give you decent food. Read more

I have been coming to the Sonic in Foley for a very long time. I don?t know what is going on here but recently it?s gone... downhill and very quickly. This used to be the best Sonic after Donna came in and turned it around. She had excellent employeesbut most left around the time Covid hit as no one wanted to work and the employees that were there were overworked includingmanagement. Most of them hung in as long as they could. I heard recently that Donna left also. I can only assume that uppermanagement had something to do with that as she made this a top selling store in the time she was there. At that time thepersonality of employees, and the quality of the food was above a 10. And they knew their regulars, their orders and even knewthem by name. Now when you go, most of the time they are drive through only. Half the time you can?t even see the sign and ifyou pull in a stall and press the button you are rudely told it?s drive through only right now. AND you will sit in the drivethrough line for 30 to 40 minutes. I have limited time so thought I?d install the app and order my food, go there, pick it upand be on my way. NOT HAPPENING. I pull into the stall for pick up orders and am told it?s Drive through only. I try to explainthat I?m there for a pickup already paid for and am ignored. Or rudely told it is Drive through only. When I get to the windowafter a long wait I am told they have no order for me. I show them where I ordered it and am then told they will make it but Ihave to pay for it NO I already did that. Rude, unorganized and the food quality is terrible. Either it is undercooked,overcooked, half the ingredients or half the amount it usually is. Or most recently the Blast machine and ice cream is notavailable. This location needs to get back on track or they won?t be around much longer. Read more

I was getting my oil changed and walked over for a little breakfast. They have tables outside to sit and eat. They have a big... menu with a button to place orders. I press the button to place my order and they said , we are only taking drive up windoworders. I told them, I didn't have a car and they never answered. They were not busy, one or two cars came through. I justthink that was rude and lazy. Good customer service would have made an exception. At least put a sign up! Read more

This is the saddest excuse of a large popcorn chicken I have ever received from any Sonic location EVER. The fact that anyone... thought it was okay to sell this as a LARGE popcorn chicken is ridiculous. Please don?t waste your time at this location. Read more
