Last night we went to Oui Oui Paris for the first time. Although small in size, they are extremely large in quality. The... owner/chef makes all the food from scratch, and in abundant amounts. You will not go home hungry. We had the Lamb Shank and theSalmon. The lamb was done to perfection, and so tender the meat litterly fell off the bone. The Salmon was done over a bed ofpopcorn rice in a black truffle sauce. The salads were equally delicious. The Greek salad was fantastic, and the house saladequally great. Both had small red peppers that were pickled with small cubes of watermelon. The desert was a chocolate cake thatwas huge in it's serving and very rich. Although they have not yet gotten their liquor license, you can bring in your own winewithout having to pay a corking fee. Were enjoyed the meal and service so well, that we have made reservations for brunchtomorrow. We will be bringing our own champagne to make mimosa's. My husband and I had dinner last Friday, Sep 23. I had the lamb shank and he had the baked cod. Both of us had the clam... chowder. Warm bread with butter was a very nice addition to the meal. For dessert, we enjoyed an apple tart fresh from theoven, amazing! The owner let us bring our own bottle of wine. Fantastic meal with exceptional, attentive service. Will begoing back. Read more
Today I checked out Oui Oui Paris in Fairhope. The Croque Monsieur is such a delicious meal. It cane with a cup of tomato... basil soup that was so full of flavor. The grilled cheese and ham was not ordinary either. I look forward to coming back forbrunch. And then another visit for dinner. Casual atmosphere tastefully decorated. Read more
Terrific meal in inconspicuous location. Its inside Homestead Village retirement but they have their own entrance. We got the... charcuterie board appetizer and it was huge and tasty and we had 4 people. Homemade bread with bitter was spot on. I got thegrill pork chop and it was Barney Rubble proud size and very tasty. Entrees come with choice of soup or salad. Food andservice was excellent. One thing, they do not yet have their beverage license so it is BYOB for wine. We will definitely beback! Surprisingly great good and service. Read more
