This has quickly become my all-time favorite BBQ place! Never disappoints.
If I can give -0 stars I will ! Place was horrible.! I?m from Mississippi thinking I was gone get some good bbq! Yeah okay wish... for thinking ! Let?s star on the price I spent on the food didn?t match the amount I received! My total was $53 and majority ofit was cold unseasoned and dry ! I had a combo platter with ribs sausage greens and Mac n cheese , I added wings and bake beans.! Only thing was good was the sausage and bake beans !! .! I do not recommend at all ! Always a delicious, fresh, quick meal that leaves you full, but wanting more. Very pleasant staff, nice atmosphere with both... indoor and outdoor seating, and great BBQ choices. Sandwiches come with 2 sides...don't miss their chips!! I can't resist theirbbq nachos. Read more

At Moe's, you order your food at the counter and then find a seat, just like at a fast food joint, but with a sit-down... restaurant vibe. My husband ordered the smoked Turkey sandwich, and it was SO good (I would get this next time)! I got thesalad with smoked chicken. It was pretty good...a bit heavy on the red onion. My kids got the chicken tenders, ribs, andgrilled cheese. None of my kids were over-the-moon with their food. They all rated their meals under 3 stars. My wife and I were kicking around at the farmers market in Foley when we decided to grab some lunch and we noticed there was a... Moe?s Original BBQ close by so we decided to give them a go. We walked inside and after taking a quick look at the menu, we bothdecided on the BBQ Sandwich with chips and Potato Salad as sides. I decided to have my sandwich ?Bama Style which includes BBQsauce, white sauce and Cole Slaw. After paying we took our number, sat outside and waited for our order to arrive. After a shortwait, our orders arrived without issue. I?m sure I don?t need to mention that BBQ is serious business here in the south andanyone bringing a half hearted effort to the table won?t last long. Keeping this in mind, I?m at a loss how Moe?s manages tostay in business. Don?t get me wrong, their BBQ isn?t that bad, in fact, if it was in New York, Chicago or L.A., I might thinkis was pretty good. Unfortunately, we?re in the south and Moe?s BBQ does not make the cut. If it wasn?t for the sauces on mysandwich, it would be completely absent of flavor. Speaking of lack of flavor, the Potato Salad looked great but unfortunately,my taste buds were not treated as well as my eyes. Though it included red and green peppers, onions and Celery, the only flavorsI detected were Potato and a faint whiff of Vinegar. Considering the lack of flavor, I began to wonder if I was coming down withCOVID. All this and my wife?s sandwich without all the ?Bama Style? extras turned out to be extra dry. So after reading all ofthis you might think I hated Moe?s but I didn?t. It was okay and if I was in the mood for some fast food BBQ and Moe?s was theonly close option, I would eat there again. However, in the highly competitive field of BBQ, Moe?s is not the kind of place yougo out of the way for and it certainly isn?t the type of place you take visiting friends and family to. Great food and great service. Really friendly crew. Food came out quicker than I realized it would. We did come early though... because we live in the area and know not to eat lunch at 12pm. So this may vary depending on the time frame of your meal. Read more
