The McDonald's at OWA should be closed....like immediately. I hate to say that because most of the employees that work there are... nice and they try really hard to do their jobs. But lately it has gotten so much worse. This is the crispy chicken sandwich Igot yesterday. I didn't know at the time when I ordered it that crispy meant it was so overcooked that the actual chicken in thebreading started to disintegrate. I wish I had gotten a better picture. We were the only one in line and it still took way too long for what we ordered (quarter pounder deluxe meal and a spicy chicken... deluxe). When checking the food we found mold on the quarter pounder and the spicy chicken deluxe was just a burnt spicy chickensandwich. !THIS IS NOT THE PLACE TO GO! They should hire deaf people because they can listen better than the ignorant workershere. Read more
I placed an in store order on the app but the lobby area was closed. The line for drive thru was around the building and didn?t... have time to wait. No way to get a refund without calling. Read more
Drive through was too long of a wait. Inside was closed, apparently not enough crew working during lunch hour rush. Fish ... sandwich bread was OLD, not made fresh! I paid $8.35 for the meal. They needs to do better with staffing for lunch hour rush. Read more
If I was the owner of this location I would be extremely concerned for my investment. Our food took over 20 minutes for 2... biscuits meals. The biscuits were not cooked properly and the coffee did not have the extra cream and Splenda asked. Theemployee was rude and the inside seemed to be in complete chaos. Very sad I spent $20 for this meal. Read more

Very great staff, quick order. We ordered at the kiosk a VERY large order and it was still done in a few minutes and fresh and... hot. We?re not from this area but this is certainly the nicest McDonald?s we?ve been to. Thanks so much y?all! Read more
It's the craving you need to cure sometimes. Good burger and classic taste. The staff working here is attentive and asked how... the food was, and if we needed anything while we dined in , it was nice to have the interaction once we walked away from thecash register . Read more
