Beets and fried goat cheese, leaves you wanting more goat cheese for as much beet as you?re given but very good way to... start. Buffalo cauliflower, wasn?t a personal favorite. 2-3 pieces is the limit before you realize it really is friedcauliflower in buffalo sauce. Cheese board is well presented and good quality. Caesar salad, the lettuce is uncut and largerthan the plate it?s served on, tricky to get into. Solid starter. Duck salad is terrific, vinaigrette is not to sweet duck iswarmed and a perfect ratio. Fried shrimp and okra salad is another hit, a bit more of a meal salad, they load it up and you?lllove knocking it down. Angus burger - add cheese and bacon, i had it medium, dressed well, good flavor, can?t exactly put itdown after you pick it up but that?s not a bad thing, no texting and eating :) Fried grouper tacos were wonderful, you get 2 sobetter get the shrimp and okra salad first and be ready for dessert. Seafood Alfredo is very good, rich flavors, there is an?s? on scallops? didn?t hold them to it but? fantastic entree. Pan seared tuna is great, wasabi adds flavor no real heat, eelsauce is very present and there is a lot of tuna on the plate. With the duck salad as a starter the lineup is a winner. Filetmignon, perfect, Medium rare, Used a butter knife to cut it, demi doesn?t over power, asparagus is trimmed properly. Star of themenu. Roasted rack of lamb, medium rare. (Chef?s recommendation) if you?re looking for a huge entree this isn?t the one but aquality dish it is. It?s so much easier to eat with your hands.. Ohh the tomahawk, medium rare. Came out with a beautiful sear. The side vegetables were piled on top ( I dislike vegetables piled on entree proteins) but who am I? Swiped them to the side andcut in with Christmas morning enthusiasm and MOOO!! No not literally, it started medium rare on the edges and by the time I got2 forks from the bone? there was a pulse. The sauce is salty and over powering, a reverse sear would h Read more

We typically go during lunch because I love their steak tacos, but tonight we ventured out for dinner and the meal and service... were superb! Our waiter (Luke, maybe?) was so friendly and expeditious. The plating and presentation was beautiful. I eat withmy eyes first and this meal was incredibly inviting. We had the Pan Roasted Duck Breast with stuffing and cranberry puree andit was reminiscent of a delicious Thanksgiving meal. There wasn't a crumb left! We also had the Grilled Chicken Breast with redpotatoes and kale. The chicken was juicy and seasoned perfectly and the kale was wilted to perfection and I ate every piece ofit! There is also an extensive wine for the wine connoisseurs. Read more

Such a good experience! The atmosphere is very welcoming and the different seating areas were a nice change from your standard... restaurant booths. Our table got mimosas and a lemon drop martini. The martini was great! We got the whipped guacamole appetizerand WOW was is delicious!!! Highly recommend for guacamole lovers. All three of us got the filet entree and not a single one ofus were disappointed. Never have I been able to cut a steak with a butter knife! It was absolutely PERFECT!!! We finished withcrème brûlée and chocolate cake for dessert. The brûlée can definitely be shared by two! And my mother was raving about thechocolate cake, I gave it a taste and didn?t care for it myself but I think because it tasted like dark chocolate which I don?tcare for. My ONLY complaints are that it took a bit long to get our drinks from the bar and the mashed potatoes and asparaguswere barely warm under the steaks. I was still VERY impressed with this restaurant and will definitely take the trip from Mobilejust for their lunch or dinner!!! Read more

Oh my, where do I start? We are visiting the Gulf Shores/Foley area , for the first time, and found the real deal! This place... is INCREDIBLE. BEST service and dinner I have had in a while! Sat at the bar, Brian started us off with a delicious bottleof Honig SB and Red Beet app. The Ana-Riley took care of us for the rest of our FABULOUS EXPERIENCE. Great craftcocktails and wine list set in a beautifully designed open space. AND THE FOOD!!!!! Hubby had the Tuna, I had to have theTom A Hawk Ribeye (just because the dog at home needed the bone). You MUST visit Local and Company when any where nearFoley. Truly one of my all-time favorite spots. Not enough stars available Read more

Delightfully surprised on my first visit and already looking forward to the next seating. Had the ?fried shrimp and okra salad?... with its well-balanced vinaigrette and shared a nicely finished burger and a very flavorful ?Avalon? pizza. Enjoyed the openkitchen concept and the wide-open floor plan. Will return. Read more
