The place was clean, they had our mobile order ready on time. It was good, it is fast food though so most every KFC is the same.
Terrible never have any thighs. I?m here again and they don?t have any thighs. Called ahead. Then asked for wings the first... person said they had 21 and then put me on hold a man came back and asked if he could help me and I asked for 8 wings and hesaid they didn?t have any. Ordered a 16pc meal. Missing a side and they didn't give us any biscuits! Teenager working was rude and said they had no white... meat at 9:10pm? Tried to call and no answer. Chicken was hard and old. Lady at drive through was rude. We will not be back.Horrible waste of $50! Read more
Why is it that you can't attract employees that want to work. This is the second time that we have been turned away due to... drive through only. Went next door to Foosackly good service and more than enough employees. As we were heading back to ourauto, saw another lost customer, parked in your lot walking over to your competitor. Live your Chicken and your bowls. Willhead to Pensacola from now on to get our KFC fix. Read more

Well, it has been a while since we ate there, inside. I did the 2/$6, Pot Pie and 3 chicken tenders for later. At first, the... pie crust looked scrumptious, I broke in the center and was very dismayed! Dry gulch there, no juice, creaminess, nothing todiscern this was a real pot pie . Took it to counter, took a bit to get someone's eye contact. The counter person, "that's howthey look". Really?, well could you throw some gravy on it?or give me a cup of gravy, at first she said, our gravy is 2.39.But, I guess the Mgr. Said just give me a small container. It was ok. I didn't enjoy the crust like many in the past! They dohave a sign on door area as you walk out that says,"if not satisfied, we will replace, no ?? asked. Maybe they need to readthat. I guess that's another place off my list. It is a shame, the remodeling is very nice, they have a big round area thatseats like 8 people with charging stations. Nice. Read more
Me and my wife were very pleased with the polite service we received. All of the food looked and tasted amazing !!
