The sesame chicken had good flavor just not nearly enough sauce for the rice. Egg foo young came with sweet&sour sauce not... gravy. The garlic sauce was ok. I have been coming here for yearrsssss!!! The mom even held my baby! I say this because relationships matter. I have had... multiple orders in the past month that have been horrible! Not the quality that even when they stopped delivering I craved soooomuch that I still took the ride. Disgusting. Who are these new people. I was a regular here until my encounter with them on 8/17. I ordered two platters with a shrimp roll, but instead of a shrimp... roll, they gave me a cheesesteak roll, despite the fact that the wrapper said shrimp roll. They closed at 10 pm so I called at10:01pm., hoping they would pick up the phone, so I called them the next morning about the mistake. When the manager (wife)asked if I had the roll, I told her I had thrown it away. I told her it was the second time you?d made the mistake, and thefirst time you?d told me to throw away the roll. Anyway, she told me she couldn?t serve me because I didn?t have the roll. Itold her kindly that because you couldn?t serve me due to your error, I couldn?t support your business. I was a regular here. Yummy is willing to lose a regular customer over a $1.39, and to make matters worse the food was terrible that night! It?s theprinciple in this matter. On 8/19 Yummy Yummy Management contacted me and explained that it was a misunderstanding and theyapologized for the error and corrected the situation. Food is great -- no complaints. Complaints are prices were raised, food containers are smaller and delivery is now through a... delivery service. We've all suffered this past year, but you may have taken too many steps at once to recoup your losses -- ifyou actually had losses. So now I just can't order there as often as I used to. I would never patronize these people again. I was over charged and given attitude when trying to clarify my order
