They literally stole my money. I paid and they charged my card twice and when I called they told me to call back and when I did... they never picked up. Use cash, apple or American Express. They will fight for that problem. Unfortunately the bank I use, NYCBis the worst bank ever. Didn?t receive my money back. Read more
avoid the bad time and don't go. the place is dirty, the garbage comes out of the cans, the staff is distracted. I have never... had any bad experience with the service in other places, this one specifically upset me. The employees were distracted. I totake my order while they were joked and laughed (not bad).However when they take my order, they put bacon in my order, anaddition that I did not ask for and that I do not consume. When I went to ask the employee he spoke to me in a very rude wayeven when I asked in a nice way. He kept telling me ?you said yes? with a product I don't use, they refused to take it back, (Idon?t even touch it) I couldn't spend another 17 dollars on another order, so I just take the bacon out, they also refused togive my money back. Highly recommend that you go to a different subway, or a supermarket deli counter, over this place. They were so cheap about the... add ons, it was ridiculous, i.e. putting 1 super thin slice of tomato next to another super thin slice tomato, w/o any overlap.It was insane. Also, the Subway's nearest to me charges $9; this place charged $11. I'll never set foot in here again. Read more
Since this Subways is close to my work, I visit occasionally and I have yet to encounter a problem with their employees and... their food. They have indoor dining (which is unavailable at the moment due to Covid) and the service is really quick. Woulddefinitely recommend. Read more
I generally enjoy subway stores for a healthier alternative but this shop was a let down. The service was bad - the lady?s... accent was very hard to understand and she was mumbling which made ordering difficult. She also missed putting toppings on afteryou stated it. Read more
